“Tropical Treat” Protein Shake
– 3 Oz. Nonfat Milk (I like to use almond milk)
– 3 Oz. Orange Juice (fresh-squeezed if possible)
– 2 Oz. Aloe Juice
– 1/2 Ripe Banana
– 1/8 Tablespoons Strawberry Extract (or a few frozen
strawberries and then skip the ice cubes)
– 1/8 Tablespoons Pineapple Extract (or a bit of fresh
– 1/8 Tablespoons Coconut Extract (or fresh, shaved coconut)
– 1 Scoop Whey Protein Powder (Kinetica WheyProtein)
– 2 Ice Cubes
Blend all ingredients together in blender and enjoy.
Variation: You might also like to try this recipe with
coconut water – just substitute it for some of the other
liquids for a refreshing change of pace!
