Gaspari Superpump Max Review

I’m a big fan of Gaspari supplements, I’ve always found them to be effective and good value for money so giving Superpump MAX a try was a safe bet for me 🙂 I’ve used the old Superpump formula a few years ago and that was a good product. Highly rate Gaspari’s branding especially on the Superpump, it’s enticing, looks professional and gives a clear breakdown of the ingredient profile. The MAX range has a very wide choice of flavours so I went with Uncle Richie’s Sour Apple. 9/10
At first I started with just 1 scoop of Superpump MAX before training, I did this for a week but it’s quite clear that this isn’t a “knock your socks off” kind of pre workout formula. It’s main focus is on a solid ingredient profile for an effective workout/post workout recovery, this being said, the workouts I had while using Superpump were great! I was clearly more vascular and full than I would be normally, even more amplified when I started taking 2 scoops before each workout. It’s also crammed full of BCAA’S! With the stimulant levels of Syuperpump MAX being quite low i’d say it’s ideal for someone who trains in an eve after work as it won’t affect your sleeping pattern. 8/10

Superpump Max is a great value and decent addition to any pre workout supplementation, personally the only flaw I can pick with this product is that after 2 weeks I built up a tolerance and had to start taking more to get the same effects, this however is obviously the case with most stimulant/pre workout products. As I said earlier I’d recommend this to anybody who trains on an evening who needs a boost after work but still wants to sleep at a reasonable hour.
