If our figures are correct, there are more than Two of us that read the articles and advice we post on our Blog. This in mind it’s time to start keeping my running training log on the site. For those who don’t know my flowered history, I have many years experience in the world of amature bodybuilding and fitness, I also have my own conventional views on training and nutrition that I will be sharing along the way. In September 2010 I competed in my last Bodybuilding comp. The years running up to this have taken such a toll on my body and more importantly mind, I was desperate for a break. Having had some time off training and dieting and recovering form some old injuries, its time to get back on it. Not as a competitive bodybuilder, I just want to find the balance between physique and lifestyle.
I will make regular posts about my style of training, I will be training Three times a week in the gym and doing one strongman training session a week too. Im no strong man, im just fortunate to know some who are and I want to test the theory of this style of training improving denser muscle. I will be giving you an insight to my diet and supplements also, and yes it is drug free.
