Deliveries to BFPO addresses will be charged at standard UK postal rates but with a 5kg limit on orders. Shipments to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, UK Islands, Channel Islands and Europe are calculated according to weight at the checkout.

Maximum Sports uses DPD and Royal Mail as our main carriers. Any items which are purchased and weigh up to 1kg including packaging will be sent via Royal Mail. Any items which weigh over 1kg inclusive of all packaging will be sent via our courier DPD. DPD offer great new technology which allows us to track and trace your parcel every step along the way right from when the parcel is picked up here until it is signed for at your door.

Please ensure that someone is home to sign for the parcel (this can be you, a friend or family member)
or arrange to have your delivery sent to your place of work;
Maybe you have a secure place at home that your parcel can be left i.e. in a coal bunker or garden shed. Or better still you may know of a neighbour who would be able to sign for the package.

We cannot deliver any SINGLE product OVER 2kg in weight to Afghanistan or Iraq (i.e. a tub of Protein weighing 2.27kg IS OVER the permitted weight so PLEASE keep individual orders to LESS than 2kg!)  Various orders over 2kg will be sent in seperate parcels if they can be split!)

Redelivery

If the Supplier has to re-deliver a parcel due to a fault of the customer, there will be a charge of at least £7.50 to cover our freight, shipping and handling costs.

Finally, we accept that unfortunately there may sometimes be occasions when, for some reason, there is a problem with delivery. It may arrive late; it may arrive damaged; it may not arrive at all. In any of these cases, we will endeavour to ensure that a replacement is arranged with the absolute minimum of fuss for you, and that you get a full refund for any postage you have paid. Incorrect delivery information as stated by the customer is the responsibility of the customer, who will be charged £9.99 if we make a collection on their behalf.

Whilst we do try to keep all our info pages polite and friendly, for legal reasons brought about by a minority of our customers, we do need to state that it is the customer's responsibility to ensure that they are present to sign for the parcel. In no way can Maximum Sports or DPD/Royal Mail be held liable for failed deliveries unless either of those parties has been negligent in their duty to deliver.

Orders paid for by 'cheque' should allow at least 7-10 days for delivery! Orders shall NOT be despatched until cheque clears in our Bank.
